This is an open letter to recommend First Coast Audio Video.

I met Rob while building a new home three years ago. The original low voltage contractor went out of business during my construction. There were multiple problems with the wiring. Doug brought in his crew and not only straightened out the wiring they installed an awesome surround system for my "get away sports room". The installation was neat and clean and Doug's crew was excellent. The system is very complex due to having three sets all running off of different DirecTV satellite receivers, but thanks to the Pronto remote, operation is a breeze. Even my wife can operate it with ease.

In closing I would like to say that I am very impressed with the quality of service and product. More specifically I value the integrity of the company owner Rob Gale. He was always there when needed and dealing with him has been truly a pleasure. I am the owner/operator of the local Golds Gyms and am using his company currently to outfit my new gym on the Southside.
